Beacon proposes to rapidly configure its digital systems to address Air Force needs. The 366th Logistics Readiness Squadron is responsible for coordinating aircraft fuel delivery and extraction at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho. Currently, this is managed through a manual process that relies on handwritten logs, verbal communication over radio, and manual coordination of fueling routes, which leads to inefficiencies, delays and reduced aircraft availability. The 366th would like an automated system that streamlines the entire aircraft fueling process, reduces errors, and increases the overall availability of aircraft. To meet this need, Beacon proposes to configure two of its existing products, eLogBook and SEAS, to create a Digital Fuel Management System (DFMS) for the Air Force. The DFMS combines the digital logging capability of eLogbook with the data management and analytics capability of SEAS to make this process more efficient. Beaconââ¬â¢s vision for this system is a seamless digital experience for the airmen, from tank fuel extraction, to coordinating & scheduling fueling of aircraft, to accounting reconciliation of fuel delivered, and analytics on overall fueling, scheduling and route efficienc
