Air Cleaning Blowers, LLC designs and builds Air-Cleaning BlowersTM (ACBs) that move air and remove dust and other particles without filter elements. New, patented technology uses particulates' own momentum in a novel way to separate and eject them directly from the air—even in the dustiest of industrial and military conditions, which includes explosive environments. With no filter media to clog or maintain, ACBs provide constant airflow, air pressure, and energy consumption. The ACBs ventilate, exhaust, and provide clean feed air and can also preclean air for downstream HEPA and carbon elements. Independent testing shows that they remove virtually all particles down to 10 microns and 40% down to respirables. They also remove CBRNE particles from air without creating hazardous hot spots. Currently used in industry and by the US military on three continents, we wish to expand our line to better serve the Air Force. Our units could improve the health and effectiveness of equipment and personnel in general, and field hospitals, emergency aid vehicles, and other medical facilities in particular. To accomplish the five goals we set for Phase I could require such adaptations as greater capacity, less weight, operating on direct current, and/or adaptation for installation into ductw
