The Air Force is seeking the development of an Antenna Electronics (AE) for a Controlled Reception Pattern Antenna (CRPA) system that provides an anti-jam (AJ) capability covering four GNSS frequency bands. Existing AEs can provide simultaneous protection of L1 and L2but a navigation system utilizing L5 and E6 as well would improve satellite visibility, be more resistant to spoofing, and more robust to interference. Increasing AE support from two bands to four bands using existing designs would essentially double the size, power consumption, and acquisition/maintenance costs. Bedford Signals approach is to combine advances in Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) Analog to Digital Converters (ADCs) and Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) with our advanced anti-jam algorithms, signal processing modules, and custom mixed signal hardware. Our focus is on optimizing the design to obtain the highest performance possible while using no more power than existing dual band AEs.GPS,GNSS,CRPA,anti-jam,Antenna Electronics, wideband, interference cancellation
