Expert Decisions proposes to develop a rigorous mathematical basis for information fusion by extending a processing for inducing Fuzzy measures from a simple object space to a complex object space. The Level 1 objects will be in classes of concrete objects and terrain, with their locations and movements. Situation Assessment will proceed by creating abstract objects in two classes, Opportunities and Vulnerabilities. The new mathematical paradigm will be demonstrated on a testbed of Level 1 objects located on a terrain.
