As pulsed power devices mature a requirement emerges for the efficient coupling of the power source of remote locations. For certain applications this coupling can take the form of existing high power switch/conditioning technology coupled with a suitable transmission line. For mobile, remote or harsh environments standard connection techniques are too bulky and require too much set-up time to be viable. Freestyle Technologies, Inc. proposes several innovative techniques to rapidly generate a conductive path between the pulsed power source and a remote point.
