The objective of Phase I project is to demonstrate the feasability to manufacture a liquefied powder coating that will meet Air Force specification requirements. Utilizing a new innovative technology will allow a powder coating to be liquefied and atomized as it comes out a spray device and applied to a substrate of any type. This applied liquefied coating can be dried instantly or selectively with exposure to a specified radiation source.
