In January 2007, BIODE Inc was acquired by New Hampshire firm Vectron International. BIODE Inc. designs and manufactures fluid phase sensors which employ acoustic sensing technology to provide both sampled and embedded real-time physical, chemical and biomedical measurements for off-line and on-line process control. BiODE is presently introducing a process control instrument for moderate viscosity measurement (10-1000 cP) with no moving parts. BiODE's proprietary solid state sensor connects to industry standard National Instruments® data acquisition systems
