Telic is an optical engineering and manufacturing company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and testing of Infrared optical systems. Telic Optics, Inc. specializes in providing optical design, analysis, and engineering support to the military and commercial optical industries. In November of 1995, Telic purchased the assets of OSTI, Optical Systems and Technology, Inc. The capabilities of OSTI, a manufacturer of precision optical components since 1973, provided Telic with the means to offer a complete service including engineering, manufacturing, assembly, and test.
