The company went out of business after filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy in July of 2009. Its products included Revolution solid oxide fuel cells, used in portable, residential, and distributed power generation; Cell-Pore water filters; a range of advanced materials, including nano-sized metal and ceramic powders, carbon nano-tubes, nano-structured steel, and nano-cement; and process intensification technologies that reduce energy consumption, decrease use of hazardous chemicals and solvents, improve throughput rates and lower capital investment requirements.
