This prototype product line will result in a "health score card"/"clinical report card" for consumers to be used to assist them with their decisions regarding health care choices. Consumer satisfaction, quality and clinical outcomes data from both the inpatient and outpatient settings, will be integrated into a survey system supported by software, with databasing and report generating capabilities. Our products will be superior in that they will link patient perceptions of care and service,in inpatient and outpatient settings, with clinical outcomes. this innovative approach goes far beyond the products and methods currently available that track and report inpatient information for either clinical outcomes or patient satisfaction.
