A variety of mission planning scenarios rely on the mission support system to have the ability to produce simulated perspective scenes of the theater of operations of interest. These simulated scenes range from low to medium altitude vertical and oblique scenes for actual operations. The purpose of this proposal is to offer a new and innovative technique for the creation of realistic mission planning scenes based upon geospecific orthorectified photo-texture and terrain data bases that can be manipulated to reflect the atmospheric weather conditions and time of day of the mission.
