The application of modern Computer Assisted Engineering(CASE) tools is proposed to address the development of thedecision support system architecture concept. This technique hasbeen applied to similarly complex and interrelated large-scaleenterprises, in which inputs from a very large diversity of datasources must be appropriately integrated and modeled. APJ hasdemonstrated the viability of structured system analysis usingCASE in the process of organizing the contents of MIL-STD-1388-1Aand AR 700-127, as well as the Navy Logistics System. Ourapproach to program integration and prioritization has beensuccessfully applied to a series of Army and Navy programs. Thistechnique provides a structure for organizing decision supportand effective application of Artificial Intelligence(AI). Theresult is an architecture for rational Army program integrationand prioritization of the Battlefield Laboratory/LouisianaManeuver process.
