The company offers ForceTouch, a force sensitive touch surface technology; and EVK-1s, a ForceTouch evaluation kit for force sensitive single-touch solutions. The irm's input devices sense direct physical deformation of a touch surface, rather than sensing changes in an electric field, optical beam, or resistive film. ForceTouch is less expensive, uses less power, is practical for mobile applications, enables 3D touch (x, y, and amount of force), and allows use of more durable materials.
