The proposed project aims to develop an advanced AI/ML-driven maintenance platform for critical Industrial Plant Equipment (IPE). This stand-alone, scalable software solution will incorporate an interactive local logic memory (LLM) knowledge base and AI/ML modules to provide guided troubleshooting and maintenance. The platform will transform static technical data into a dynamic and interactive database, enabling efficient technical data management and interaction. Key features include the ability to analyze and vectorize content, create custom databases, and link textual part data with 3D images to streamline procurement processes. The solution will significantly reduce maintenance touch-time, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure mission readiness for critical IPE. The development will focus on creating a versatile platform that can operate on PCs/tablets with limited connectivity, support user-generated SOPs, and integrate an interactive chat interface for guided troubleshooting. This innovative approach will modernize maintenance operations, providing a robust tool for the Air Force and other potential users in both military and commercial sectors.
