The Nanomaterials Innovation Center enables technology transfer in inorganic nanomaterials science and microwave processing technology offered through a unique research and prototyping center that focuses on encouraging market driven collaborations between universities, industry, and private laboratories.
The Center provides access to equipment, facilities, and infrastructure on a toll basis in support of new ventures as well as critical technology in microwave processing, inorganic nano-materials processing, and supportive peripheral product development as it relates to new technological evolutions.
The NMIC is a supportive environment where advanced research, incubation of new technologies, and transfer to industrial partners is made possible; and an ideal partner for university collaborations providing research resources and supporting principal investigators for SBIR/STTR and CRADAS research grants.
