This Phase II proposal is submitted in response to the SBIR 2019.2 solicitation, under Direct to Phase II topic AF192-D001, with the support of the 27th Special Operations Wing (27 SOW) of the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC), and in particular the 27th Special Operations Air Operations Squadron (27 SOAOS). Applied Minds, LLC (AMI) seeks to implement flexible, capable new data architectures, human-machine interfaces, and collaboration technologies for specific programs in the USAF, from a wide-ranging set of potential applications that manifest themselves in the short, medium, and long time frames. 27 SOAOS identified a critical need that may be addressed by AMI's concept, involving the Special Operations Joint Operations Center. With their critical mission of providing close air support, agile combat support, information operations, and intelligence, addressing their priorities would meet critical ongoing warfighter needs. During the proposed Phase II effort, AMI would develop a conceptual design for the JOC, concepts for a data fusion architecture, and an initial Application Programming Interface (API).
