Focused on electron microscopy and lithography at high resolution and high throughput, Electron Optica's unique capability is based on the deacdes long of expertise of the founders in electron optics, microscopy and lithography, and partnership with two other companies, MEBS - a software company based in London (UK) having a suite of electron-optical modeling software considered industry standard and used by many U.S., European and Asian manufacturers of electron and ion beam equipmenand and Delong Instruments - a manufacturing company based in Czech Republic, specializing in electron and X-ray microscopy, and vacuum technology. The firm offers its own products, but mainly serves as a contract developer of unique custom made devices.
