Our novel solution suite, OSAM Command, training/simulation assets reduces time and complexity by over 60% based on previous use cases (more automation yields more savings), also reducing costs and allowing us to reach smaller, more obtainable AR/VR and Training/SIM projects, such as: OSAM Command & Control, debris mapping, Simulated Flight training, Flight Protocol testing, Maintenance and many more. OSAM Command was created to approach training modernization opportunities, developers and DoD need a fast and scalable solution to apply standardized modules that are agnostic of use cases. Utilizing the OSAM Command will provide trainees/operators with a wide array of tasks and training to complete. Trainees/Operators will be able to learn and quiz themselves on proper protocols of various setups, train with different control schemes, and view after action reports for post operation metrics for retrospective all from the comfort of a tablet application. The OSAM Command allows trainees/operators a method for all stages of skill without the reliance of hardware availability, so they can go from training to real world operations with ease. Traction Jedi TechnologiesÂ’ UI/UX suite of training and command and control applications that makeup OSAM Command is an agnostic training and operational toolkit that can be adapted and expanded upon agnostic of user, use case, device type, and/or learning/operational modality. Our real time training and operational solutions bridge the gap between antiquated learning methods, stale user experiences in existing command and control systems and modern gamified learning and/or collaborative, real-time operations, thus improving readiness, lethality, and sustainment with a focus on rapid configurability, disparate data source validations, and scalability needed to shorten the kill chain. Gamified learning is proven to maximize enjoyment and engagement through capturing the interests of the learners, and in return maximizes the retention of new learning. Similarly, Command and Control workflow applications with modern UI/UX yield lower stress responses in users and increase focus and attention to detail utilizing engagement models/rewards systems and controls with GUI similar to social media and online games. This project serves our product roadmap by allowing us to expand upon the existing software and branch out into new areas and types of learning content and operational use cases. This will further allow us new opportunities to integrate our UI/UX suite into other software that will utilize our new approach to teaching, learning and operating in real time.
