With Symatec Inc structured around development of high power discrete dltrawide-band gap semiconductors for critical Defense and Space requirements, the firm's products under development and showing promising performance include: Gallium Oxide discrete semiconductor, Schottky rectifier diode; and N-mosfet x-ray detectors.Syrnatec has synthesized Perovskite based absorber materials for direct digital X-ray detection: absorber materials that are suitable for Soft X-ray, Intermediate X-ray and Hard X-ray. Detectors panels under development currently are designed to measure energies up to 200KeV.
