Teleqo Technical Solutions, in partnership with Michigan Technological University, proposes to be the end-to end solution to collect, process, integrate, correlate, and analyze physical and cyber data sets to provide accurate, robust, and continuous situational awareness of the battlespace. Through the STTR process, Teleqo can expand its multi-sensor collection and visualization platforms in support of Air Force requirements for distributed intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance of the environment. Teleqos TRAVERSE collection platform will fuse lidar, imagery, and Radio Frequency (RF) signals sensors onto a single platform that can be implemented from a ground-based vehicle or aerial asset. These data streams can then be processed and ingested into Teleqos HAVEN visualization platform, during which Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be applied to extract assets and derive insights. The HAVEN platform will be developed using Esri APIs and SDKs, guaranteeing simple integration with the Air Forces existing Arc product suite. By harnessing the power of the TRAVERSE and HAVEN platforms, the Air Force would not only be able to identify objects based on physical and wireless signatures, but would also be able to geolocate and categorize RF signals in the battlespace, with the options to view and interact with the layered data in 2D maps, 3D maps, 360 imagery, or the point cloud. HAVEN additionally would provide the ability to model RF propagation and predict environmental impacts to RF signals, such as construction, vegetation encroachment, etc. The potential customers for this technology include AFRL/RI - Information Directorate, as well as the AFLCMC/HNC within the Cryptological and Cyber System Division. Additionally, Teleqo Tech has received a Letter of Interest from AF/ICO, which is attached in the Supporting Documents.
