Indicated in the records as having been incorporated in 2006, the early work of ZonTrak was organzied primarily around what would seem to have been the novation process which allowed the transfer of an SBIR Phase I award from DOE that had been awarded that year to Wheel of Zeus. Formed by Steve Wosniak - of Apple fame - and the CTO of that same firm, Wheel of Zeus working on among the very earliest versions of personal mobil tracking devices. ZonTrak applied for and received their one and only SBIR in their own right from DHS. Within a year or two all of the principals involved appear to have moved on to other activities.
