eVinh, a division of Coolbuck Inc, is developing an all-electric vertical take takeoff & landing vehicle that does not require an airport or pilot license. The vehicle utilizes helicopter-like rotary wing power that uses electrical motors for VTOL, offering lift and stability. In addition to rotary wings, the vehicle uses airplane-like wings for forward flight.
