Angstron Materials LLC, subsidiary of Nanotek Instruments Inc, is an advanced materials company offering large quantities of ultra-thin, pristine nano-graphene platelets (NGPs) for large scale industrial and commercial applications. In 2015, Global Graphene Group was founded as a holding company for Angstron Energy Company, Honeycomb Battery Company, Angstron Materials Group, Nanotek Instruments, and Taiwan Graphene Company. Founders of the firm establsihed Nanotek Instruments in 1997 and Angstron Materials in 2007. Since then, they founded Angstron Energy Company, Honeycomb Battery Company and Taiwan Graphene Company with the idea that each company would focus on a specific area of technology.
