The SDO-50V2 has an array of applications, specifically aerial surveillance and security, search & rescue, disaster response, inspections, mapping infrastructure, and the remote transport of goods. The SDO-50V2 is a multi-purpose, single engine unmanned helicopter system, that can be operated within or beyond visual line of sight. The unique design features of the SDO-50V2 provide a superior payload capacity of 43kg, prolonged endurance with a flight time of more than 2 hours and 20 minutes, stable flight patterns and a high degree of safety features. Additionally, an integrated autopilot system allows autonomous take-off and landing procedures as well as autonomous flight patterns.
