Enveil enables operators and analysts to perform secure searches, watchlisting, and analytics using sensitive/classified indicators (JWICS/SIPRNet) against PAI or other less sensitive data on untrusted systems (NIPRNet) without compromising mission objectives. Enveil's ZeroReveal® solution allows data to be securely processed while remaining in the untrusted domain, extending the boundary of trusted compute. This unmatched capability enables secure and efficient data sharing, collaboration, reporting, and alerting across multiple classification levels to significantly reduce operational risk and accelerate the timeline for turning raw data into actionable intelligence. Enveil ZeroReveal is the first and only certified solution for performing operations from classified domains against sources on lower classification domains. Using homomorphic encryption techniques at levels of scale that have not been previously achieved, Enveil allows users on classified systems to search data on unclassified networks, ensuring the content of the search itself as well as the interests and intent of the person performing the search are never revealed. Enveil scales linearly across one or multiple domains, allowing aggregated data to remain in the untrusted or less trusted environment while sensitive operations such as search, watchlisting, and analytics are securely performed. ---------- The United States is involved in a Great Power Competition (GPC). The rising capabilities and ambition of the Chinese regime combined with the ever-present Russian threat are fueling a new era of near-peer adversaries that threaten American military superiority. Much of this future conflict will take place in the information domain and will leverage commercial and/or open-source data assets; whoever dominates the cyber and information domains may well win. Intra- and inter-organizational data constraints, policy obstacles, and dependence on technologically limited methods have precluded the DoD and its components from gaining an information and decision advantage in the modern battlespace. It is imperative that operators and analysts are equipped to securely and efficiently leverage the most operationally relevant data sources available. To prepare for the GPC, Special Operations Command (SOCOM) Futures continues to investigate and operationalize innovative tools to enable the SOF operators information dominance in environments where time sensitivity, low visibility, and covertness are critical to success across the range of military operations. Enveil is uniquely and unquestionably positioned to instill transformative capabilities into the SOF toolkit via its ZeroReveal® Compute Fabric, the foundation for both ZeroReveal Secure Search and ZeroReveal Machine Learning. Founded by U.S. Intelligence Community alumni with backgrounds in mathematics, algorithmics, and machine learning, Enveil is revolutionizing Data in Use protection and changing the paradigm of how and where organizations can leverage data to unlock value. Enveil is an In-Q-Tel portfolio company, as well as an Air Force SBIR Phase II awardee, with proven deliveries across diverse IC and DoD missions. Building on the success of its two-party, proxy layer ZeroReveal Search solution, Enveils ZeroReveal Gateway is designed to enable mission elements to leverage third-party or cross-boundary datasets without requiring an Enveil software deployment in the Data Owners environment. This allows Enveils powerful capabilities for encrypted search and watchlisting to be leveraged over data resources, even when a local deployment of the ZeroReveal Server application is not SOCOM S&T has successfully completed a Pilot deployment of Enveils ZeroReveal Gateway, affirming the solutions ability to enable secure and private interactions with multiple decentralized data sources in real time. As mission stakeholders seek to capitalize on the Pilots success, Enveil has identified an innovative pathway to expanding the scope and quality of data available to SOCOM S&T, which will enable swift, decisive action to be taken against adversaries across all levels of warfare, while ensuring the high-level security posture necessary in the cyber domain. By partnering with commercial data providers and data brokers, Enveil will collaboratively enable secure, efficient access to and usage of the ever-increasing volume of data from commercial sources globally. Enveil shall provide the Technical Analysis, Experimentation, Concept Development, Proof of Concept and Prototyping Support the Sponsor needs to enable the decentralized use of multiple data sources in real time. This will allow users to conduct secure watchlisting, as well as ad-hoc and federated queries, via ZeroReveal Gateway, overcoming the traditional lift-and-shift approach of moving data into a trusted or classified network enclave to perform analysis. These capabilities provide true speed to mission and help avoid the issue of stale, stove-piped datasets.
