The company provides an umbilical cord blood and umbilical cord tissue bank for individual families, The Genesis Bank, a reproductive tissue bank, Genome Resources, and the firms own storage and transport cryovials, called CellSeal. The firm offers services to improve the cryopreservation and banking methods of various cell and tissue types, such as human pancreatic islets of Langerhans, blood platelets, umbilical cord blood, peripheral blood stem cells, and spermatozoa. In addition, CGBT provides contract research, cell and tissue processing, and cell and tissue long-term storage services. Its services also include blood processing, including typing and infectious disease testing; cell isolation/cryopreservation: PBMCs, cord blood CD34+/ mesenchymal stem cells sperm processing, and cryopreservation; DNA/RNA extraction and storage; other HCT/P research and cryopreservation; veterinary applications, including processing, cryopreservation, and storage of small and large animal hematopoietic and mesenchymal stem cells; collection kit design and assembly; and transportation of human cells and tissues.
