Public Profile
Anasys Instruments Corporation is focused to technologies enabling measurement of nanoscale material properties. The firm offers nanoIR2, an atomic force microscopy (AFM) based infrared (IR) spectroscopy platform; and nanoIR, a probe-based measurement tool that reveals the chemical composition of samples at the nanoscale, as well as combines IR spectroscopy and AFM enabling the acquisition of IR spectra at spatial resolutions. The company also provides AFMs; nano-TA, a nanoscale thermal analysis module that allows sub-100nm local thermal analysis for commercially available AFMs; and SThM, a scanning thermal microscopy module, which include controllers, software, and probes enabling AFMs to do temperature mapping of their samples with 0.1ºC resolution. In addition, it offers ThermaLever probes, a batch fabricated silicon probes composed of doped silicon; and SThM probes that allows measurements of temperature of the apex of the probe. The companyâs products are used in a range of fields, including polymers, materials science, life science, semiconductors, data storage, biology, chemical, medical, and other applicatio
