Public Profile
ruventic LLC offers a Streaming Process for Electrodeless Electrochemical Deposition (SPEED). Offering various advantages over conventional chemical bath depositions and physical vapor deposition, SPEED is a refined chemical bath deposition process that allows select substrates to be coated with select thin films at high growth rates. SPEED is a high-rate uniform deposition technique that uses water-soluble precursors to rapidly coat a substrate with nanoparticle-based films. There are no fundamental limits to the achievable film thickness. SPEED allows high-quality film growth on large area hydrophilic rigid or flexible substrates, at lower temperature than the traditional spray pyrolysis, using a flexible chemistry formulation for binary, ternary or more complex compound materials growth. SPEED allows high-quality film growth on large area hydrophilic rigid or flexible substrates at lower temperature than the traditional spray pyrolysis.
