DrinkSavvy was originally organized around manufacture and distribution of drinkware such as plastic cups, straws, and stirrers. The firm's products feature a proprietary, patented technology, integrating indicators into barware designed to provide consumers with a colorimetric indication of the presence of illicit drugs such as GHB, Ketamine, and Rohypnol in their drink. Effectively DrinkSavvy is now developing cups, glasses, and straws/stirrers that test alcoholic drinks for the presence of "date rape drugs" in an effort to prevent drug-facilitated sexual assault (DFSA)
