NanoRidge Materials, Inc is focused on utilizing and commercializing proprietary technology to incorporate commercially available carbon nanotubes into polymers, elastomers, ceramics, metals, fibers, and nano-enhanced materials. The company's strategy is to commercialize nanocomposite elastomers, metals, thermoplastic and thermoset polymers, structural composites, fibers, and security taggants. This is being pursued by manufacturing these materials in NanoRidge's own growing facility and with select partners who have the capital equipment that corresponds to manufacturing requirements. The company's produts incldue a themral coating, a metal/nanotube composite that enhances the conductivity and ampacity of copper, and conductive carbon nanotube fiber that provides an alternative to metal wire.
