Geospatial Data Analysis Corporation is a woman-owned company focusing on the analysis of satellite imagery, particularly automated pre-processing, data extraction, analysis and operational delivery of intelligence for applications in agriculture and environmental and resource management. The company was founded as an R&D firm through an SBIR grant from NASA's Stennis Space Center and has since developed and commercialized industry leading methodologies and algorithms for operational, automated processing of large image datasets, automated extraction of features and patterns from imagery, and building spatial decision support and expert systems. GDA first commercialized its technology in 2009 and is looking to expand into a variety of markets.
