We propose to develop and analyze an innovative modification to an existing cabinet to facilitate integration with the Flexible Infrastructure design concept.
Benefit: Because we intend to modify an existing cabinet to facilitate integration with the Flexible Infrastructure (FI) design concept, we can achieve a high TRL by the end of Phase II. A High TRL at the beginning of FY17 should allow the potential for a design win into LHA 8. Simultaneously, we intend to pursue other navy platforms utilizing FI. Licensing the modification to our large defense contracting partner offers the best means to bring this technology to all potential Navy customers.
