JXT Applications, Inc. is focused on enhancing human performance capabilities through research, development and the application of solutions to training and human-systems integration needs. The mission of JXT is to contribute to the defense and security of the United States by providing quality products and services that can be used effectively by the military services, homeland security agencies and commercial organizations to improve their individual and collective capabilities to perform their missions. JXT maintains offices in Beavercreek Ohio. Headed up by a former Army paratrooper, Naval Aviator and Vietnam War veteran with 20+ years experience as a defense contractor on many programs involving crew system interface research and development (R&D) and the design and development of military aircrew, maintenance and system operator training and training equipment. The current JXT business base includes training, human-system integration, web technologies and emergency medical services (EMS) applications. To support this base, we maintain a staff of full-time and part-time employees and independent consultants with capabilities and expertise in emergency medicine, training (including e-learning), web technology, cognitive engineering, human factors engineering and systems engineering. As our business base grows, the technical skills and capabilities of our staff will continue to expand to meet the diverse needs of our customers. We will continue to augment our full-time staff with highly qualified personnel to meet our customer's needs.
