Providing consulting services in laboratory practice, product development, and product evaluation as they apply to the areas of diagnostic hematology and clinical flow cytometry, Trillium Diagnostics, LLC provided diagnostic assays and offered diagnostics for clinical cytometry and laboratory hematology applications. The firm's products were offered through distributors in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Europe, the US, and internationally. In 2015 it was indicated that in lieu of buying Trillium - as had been indicated earlier - Houston based Vivione Biosciences (CDNX symbol: VBI.H) had signed a three year deal to receive the marketing, sales, and distribution rights in North America to Trillium Diagnostics LLC's entire biomarker product line. Nonetheless, it would appear that Trillium ceased operations in mid-2016.
