The US Air Force partners with Fisheye to innovate radar sensor simulation.
After FishEye's successful completion of a Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Phase I award (topic AF121-148), the Air Force is looking to FishEye to continue affordably enabling the modeling and simulation of complex and impractical radar environments.
Remote Low Cost Radar Simulation
FishEye's innovative technology facilitates radar developers, integrators, maintainers, and trainers to simulate high fidelity radar systems and enables signal-processing testing in the test center environment without the expense of custom radar hardware. This advanced approach reduces the time required to test a new release and reduces remote site testing.
Next Generation Radar
The Virtual REX delivers a next generation radar tool for system engineers to experiment with radar characteristics early in the Radar life cycle. VREX runs on inexpensive off-the-shelf parallel processing computing hardware and is designed to scale to simulate thousands of targets in a laboratory environment.
