The Sierra Series Raman scanner from Snowy Range Instruments (Laramie, WY), available in 633, 638, 640, 785, and 808 nm versions, allows interrogation from the side or bottom of a vial. An additional point-and-shoot option provides surface analysis with Orbital Raster Scan (ORS), and the company's SnRI Investigator software for data acquisition permits full control of acquisition times, sequences, automated baseline corrections, and custom algorithms.
