When operational, the firms clients had predominantlybeen educational, social service and contract research organizations who - while being experts in their own fields - periodically needed additional staff in specialty areas. To that end the Julia Group provided Statistical Analysis, Programming and Data Management, Applications development, Grantwriting and grant-funded program analysis.
