In June 2014, AMETEK, Inc. (NYSE: AME) completed its acquisition of Zygo Corporation (NASDAQ: ZIGO) following approval from Zygo shareholders and the receipt of all regulatory approvals. Common stock of Zygo ceased trading. The Optical Systems Division had manufacturing locations in Middlefield, CT; Tucson, AZ; and Costa Mesa, CA.
