HemoGenix® specializes in developing in vitro assays used to test the response of stem and progenitor cells from the blood-forming, mesenchymal and other tissues. These assays were initially developed and validated for contract services and then as assay kits which are produced and sold by HemoGenix® for basic research, toxicity testing or quality control. Presently, the HemoGenix patent-protected product line includes numerous assays. HemoGenix also produces related equipment, cell-lines, and other related material. Virtually all the patented and proprietary assays developed by HemoGenix have also been further developed into assay kits for in-house use.
