In addition, Weyerhaeuser Company provides cellulose fibers, such as fluff pulp, paper grade pulp, specialty chemical cellulose pulp, slush pulp, and wet lap pulp for absorbent products; and manufactures liquid packaging boards used primarily for the production of containers for liquid products. Further, it constructs single-family housing, and develops residential lots for its use and for sale. The company was formerly known as Weyerhaeuser Timber Company and changed its name to Weyerhaeuser Company. Weyerhaeuser Company was founded in 1900 and is based in Federal Way, Washington.
