In July 2007, Biocatalytics was acquired by Codexis, a private biotechnology company and leading developer of clean manufacturing technologies. BioCatalytics, Inc. assists clients towards identifying opportunities for the application of enzymes, and then rapidly develop and implement enzyme-based processes.
